- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
