- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked egg noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
