Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  5. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; bring to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
