- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until the chicken and vegetables are well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
