Instructions
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the pan, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
