- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- as needed cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, add bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then the eggs, and finally the bread crumbs, ensuring an even coating.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Spray the tops of the tenders with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
