A delicious low-carb alternative to traditional pizza crust, made with ground chicken, cheese, and seasonings.

- 2 cups ground cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and form it into a pizza crust shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Make sure to use cooked chicken for this recipe. You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to customize the seasonings and toppings to your preference.
