Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and form it into a pizza crust shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
