- 2 1/4 cups Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
