Tender and juicy boneless chicken thighs coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil.
- Season the boneless chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a baking dish. Reserve the marinade for later.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is baking, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Once the chicken is done, brush the thickened marinade over the chicken thighs.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
- You can also grill the chicken for a smoky flavor.
