Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, and bell pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
