Deliciously chewy and soft chocolate chip cookies made in the air fryer for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup (175g) chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and softened butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough onto a piece of parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Carefully place the parchment with the cookie dough balls into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the cookies at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
- For softer cookies, undercook them slightly and let them sit in the air fryer for a few minutes after cooking.
- You can customize these cookies by adding nuts or dried fruit.
