Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Cook the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the brown rice according to package instructions.
- Steam the broccoli until tender.
- Once cooked, divide the chicken, rice, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
