- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Divide rice and chicken mixture into meal prep containers.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
