Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Divide rice, chicken, and vegetables into meal prep containers.
