Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 500g
  • Broccoli – 300g
  • Bell peppers – 200g
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  3. Chop the broccoli and bell peppers.
  4. In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Let it cool and portion into meal prep containers.
