Crispy and golden hashbrowns made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Soak grated potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the potato mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispness and cook longer if needed.

- Use starchy potatoes for best results.
