Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in salt, pepper, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Mix in cooked rice until heated through.
- Divide into meal prep containers.
