A simple guide for preparing meals using a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 cup of diced onions
- 2 cups of chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crock pot.
- Add diced onions and chopped vegetables on top.
- Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
