Description
Crispy crab rangoon made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface.
- Put a teaspoon of the filling in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the crab rangoon with oil spray.
- Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Can substitute crab with imitation crab.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
