Crispy crab rangoon made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface.
  3. Put a teaspoon of the filling in the center.
  4. Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold to seal.
  5. Repeat until all filling is used.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Spray the crab rangoon with oil spray.
  8. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  9. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
