- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers around the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- Once cooked, divide rice, chicken, and vegetables into meal prep containers.
- Let cool before sealing the containers.

- This recipe can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- You can substitute vegetables based on your preference.
