Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast

- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup brown rice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender.
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it into portions.
- Divide the chicken, broccoli, and brown rice into meal prep containers.

- This recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- You can substitute vegetables based on your preference.
