Ingredients

  • 2 cups of brown rice
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  3. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, slice it into strips.
  7. Divide rice, chicken, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
  8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
