Ingredients

- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 cup bell peppers

Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breast and season with garlic powder and salt.
- Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add chopped broccoli and bell peppers to the pan.
- Sauté vegetables for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Combine chicken and vegetables with rice.
- Divide into meal prep containers.
