Ingredients
- Eggs – 6 large
- Whole grain bread – 6 slices
- Cheddar cheese – 6 slices
- Avocado – 1, sliced
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the eggs until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster.
- Layer the cooked egg, cheese, and avocado on each slice of toasted bread.
- Top with another slice of bread to form a sandwich.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil or plastic wrap for storage.
