Ingredients

  • 1 jar dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pickle slices dry with paper towels.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  5. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, then into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
