Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Let it cool slightly and then mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  6. Pipe churros into your air fryer basket, cut to desired length.
  7. Spray churros with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  10. Toss churros in sugar mixture while warm.
