- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, 2 tablespoons sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball.
- Let it cool slightly and then mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros into your air fryer basket, cut to desired length.
- Spray churros with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss churros in sugar mixture while warm.

- Make sure to let the dough cool before adding eggs.
